Lena, Dorian, Gina, Charmaine, and Terrell settle into a historic farmhouse, unaware of the challenges that await them. Their new landlord is a cantankerous figure, making their transition to college life more difficult than anticipated. As the group navigates the ups and downs of living together, they must also find ways to cope with their landlord’s strict rules and grumpy demeanor, testing the strength of their friendships and their resolve to make this place feel like home.
