Adrianna and Navid have to leave the prom unexpectedly when Adrianna goes into labor. Dixon confronts Ethan after sensing he has feelings for Silver, who is Dixon's girlfriend. At the same time, Annie hits her limit when Naomi claims she’s trying to get with Liam. Tensions rise as some classmates, still upset over the after-party incident, decide to confront Annie both verbally and physically.
