Naomi clashes with Mr. Cannon, the new faculty advisor for the Blaze, and finds herself reprimanded in front of her classmates. When she can't sway Navid to support her viewpoint, Naomi tells a small lie that spirals out of control. Meanwhile, Adrianna, now the lead singer of the Glorious Steinems, confides in Silver and Naomi about her feelings for Gia, leading them to their first official date. Teddy tries to provoke Silver by making her jealous. Dixon grows closer to his birthmother, Dana. Liam discovers his stepfather with another woman and confronts him aggressively. After yoga, Debbie enjoys tea and conversation with her instructor, Kai, but he crosses a line.
