Naomi's small fib has spiraled into a major scandal at school, and when she finds herself testifying before the school board, she reveals a shocking truth that catches everyone off guard. Meanwhile, Annie moves on from her past with Jasper, but a chance encounter with the site of her hit-and-run brings back overwhelming feelings of guilt. Dixon and Ivy's arrangement of pretending to date takes an unexpected turn as they make a surprising choice. Adrianna chats with Navid, but their partners, Gia and Lila, are not pleased. A confrontation between Gia and Adrianna leads to Adrianna stumbling upon Gia with her ex. Liam's estranged father, Finn, unexpectedly visits him after being released from prison. Despite Ivy's warnings about her mother, Ryan continues his relationship with Laurel.
