At the hospital, Adrianna and Dixon encounter Liam, who is there to support Silver as she undergoes testing to determine if she carries the breast cancer gene. Meanwhile, Ivy learns that Raj is still battling cancer and is currently hospitalized. On another front, Annie crosses paths with a new acquaintance named Caleb, only to find out that he is a priest.
