Sean, Jason, and Zack head to the Big Island for the Showdown 2001, tackling a challenging 12-mile course filled with natural hurdles. Meanwhile, Leigh steps in to oversee operations at Baywatch during Sean's absence. J.D. is looking after Kekoa, who has fallen ill with the flu. Luckily, J.D. boasts a strong immune system, even though he missed his annual flu vaccination.
