Episode Overview

Sean confronts Blake, a shady operator of a "shark tour" business who attracts dangerous sharks by dumping chum into the ocean. This reckless practice draws the predators close to the shore, endangering beachgoers and making the waters unsafe for everyone. Tourists are lured in by the thrill of seeing the sharks from underwater cages, but the risks to public safety are becoming alarming.
