Meanwhile, Mitch encounters the stunning Tracy, who pitches her idea of selling a hovercraft to Baywatch. Garner experiences a comical mishap when he attempts to sing in front of an audience and ends up choking on his nerves. Additionally, C.J. rallies against the oil drilling in the bay, leading to a tense situation where the lifeguards must dive in to save the drillers who find themselves stranded underwater.
