Episode Overview

Upon discovering that Tracy is nearing the end of her life, Mitch is determined to cherish every moment they have left. Unfortunately, their time together is abruptly interrupted by a tragic event. Meanwhile, Logan and Caroline work to intervene as they witness two reckless wave runners endangering beachgoers.
