After Mitch saves Hobie, he teams up with Matt to take control of a news helicopter, aiming to rescue Jackie from her cliffside trailer. Meanwhile, Hobie manages to shake off his trauma just long enough to assist C.J. in freeing a homeless man who is trapped beneath the debris of the pier.
