Neely Capshaw, the manipulative and unstable lifeguard who once attempted to frame Matt for sexual harassment, returns to Baywatch seeking a position as the switchboard operator. Her arrival is met with animosity from the entire team, particularly from C.J., who blames Neely for Matt’s exit from the lifeguard crew.
