Sam, Neely, and Caroline observe a military jet plummeting into the sea and discover it was carrying a lethal virus. To recover it, they must utilize an advanced deep-water scuba system. Meanwhile, Cody, C.J., and Newmie work to close down an unauthorized nude beach, but their efforts put the beachgoers in jeopardy.
