Episode Overview

Mitch's former police buddy, Garner Ellerbee, comes back into town, seeking Mitch's assistance to take down a drug smuggling operation after a dead dolphin appears on the beach. As they investigate, Neely bravely volunteers to attach a tracker to the yacht of a suspicious man from the beach club where she works as a lifeguard, putting herself in jeopardy.
