Julian takes on the challenging case of a lhasa apso suffering from a mouth tumor that other veterinarians have deemed untreatable, devising a new plan to try and save the dog's life. He also faces off against a feisty ram that has an infected eye. Meanwhile, in Thirsk, Peter works to alleviate the suffering of a Shetland pony with a painful foot issue, as well as treating a cow dealing with a prolapsed uterus.
