Julian Norton gets an urgent call from alpaca breeder Jackie, whose beloved female, Cinderella, is in labor but facing complications. Meanwhile, at the clinic, Peter Wright is occupied with Larry the chinchilla, who has caused an unexpected surge in the chinchilla population and requires a castration procedure. Additionally, Dougie, the temperamental parrot, is scheduled for a much-needed beak and nail trimming.
