Louise brings her sick westie, Duffy, to Boroughbridge, where Julian Norton, with the help of his wife and partner Anne, takes on one of his toughest surgical challenges yet. Meanwhile, Peter hurries to respond to an urgent lambing situation. Farmer Phil's ewe is in labor with triplets but has encountered complications that prevent her from delivering the last two. Once the lambs arrive, Peter must perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, but will his efforts be sufficient to save them?
