Edison High faces a serious crisis if Victor takes the role of School President! He’s already threatened to eliminate "Student Bodies" if he wins, and when the only competitor with a shot at defeating him drops out, Chris persuades Cody to step up as a candidate. Emily takes on the role of his campaign manager, while Mags and Grace analyze polling data and offer dates to entice guys to support Cody. They even give him a leather jacket as a secret weapon to attract female voters. Meanwhile, Stevie Blum, the remaining candidate, is just hoping for a single vote. During a heated debate, Victor and Cody clash, and when Stevie finally gets the microphone, he reveals he has his 'one vote.' Suddenly, Morgan appears and declares she could never date anyone who wouldn't vote for Stevie, leading to a surprising landslide win for him!
