Amid a scorching heatwave in Orlando, the team discovers a prime zombie property by Lake Pineloch. The house, the worst on an otherwise lovely street, presents challenges with its awkward layout and malfunctioning air conditioning. As they sweat through the renovation, Duke takes matters into his own hands with plans for an addition, leading to complications that include two near-disastrous floods. Despite the hurdles and rising temperatures, the team unites to navigate the chaos, ultimately transforming the property into one of their most impressive flips yet.
