Justin stumbles upon a dilapidated two-unit property that Duke and Keith deem beyond repair. Undeterred, Justin and Ashlee decide to tackle the renovation on their own. Faced with a shortage of contractors and an unexpected squatter, they hatch a plan to enlist Duke and Keith’s help.
