Episode Overview
Following a heated dispute with Angela over his impending marriage to Melissa Agretti, the heiress of a wine dynasty, Lance storms out in anger. Soon after, he nearly collides with a girl, sparking an instant attraction that compels him to relocate to San Francisco to pursue her. However, when Angela intervenes to thwart his plans, Lance ultimately surrenders, abandoning the girl he loves. Meanwhile, Chase discovers some hidden writings in a room Jason had sealed off, which suggest Angela's possible involvement in a tragic incident from forty years ago. Faced with this revelation, Angela counters Chase's accusations by playing a recorded snippet that leads him to believe his father despised him.
