Episode Overview

Frustrated by Lance's job at his grandfather's San Francisco newspaper and intent on ensuring he marries Melissa Agretti (Ana-Alicia), Angela devises a plan to sabotage Melissa's relationship with Cole. Meanwhile, Chase and Maggie grow increasingly worried about Emma's mental health and convince Julia to take her sister to a nearby psychiatric facility. Angela, upon learning of their plan, reveals to Julia that Emma was responsible for Uncle Jason's death, turning her against Chase and Maggie. Concurrently, Chase leverages his position as a county supervisor to uncover the truth behind his father's demise.
