Harry's former nurse, Winifred, comes back to cover for Laverne while she’s away, sparking a rivalry between the two as Winifred admits her intentions to take Laverne's position. Meanwhile, during a trip to New York with Barbara, Carol inadvertently irritates all the passengers on the flight, even getting under the skin of a nun.
