Roy Bremmer has tracked J.T. down, issuing a deadly ultimatum: surrender Claudia or face the consequences for both himself and Jessie. Meanwhile, Brad's financial ruin drives him to desperate measures; he sees J.T.'s mysterious briefcase as a potential goldmine. As J.T., Jessie, and Claudia attempt to escape the city, they find themselves drawn back into a web of danger that seems inescapable.
