Episode Overview

Mike finds himself facing a wave of misfortune that brings him to the doorstep of Franca, a homeowner grappling with the aftermath of a devastating electrical fire. Just as she was beginning to recover, Franca endured further heartache with the sudden loss of her mother, followed closely by the death of her husband. In her vulnerable state, a contractor has been exploiting her circumstances during the renovation. When Mike inspects the work being done, he steps in to prevent another looming disaster for Franca.
