Episode Overview

Mike heads to Saint John, New Brunswick, to visit Marlene after a serious accident involving her second story deck, which collapsed and injured her and three friends. Upon arrival, he learns that the mishap stemmed from poor construction. A year later, the women are still grappling with the physical and emotional scars. However, they find hope as Mike constructs a sturdy new deck, revitalizing the historic home and helping them on their journey to healing.
