As Larry prepares for the possibility of donating a kidney to Richard Lewis, he begins to think ahead and strategize in case he ever finds himself in need of a kidney. In a separate storyline, a nurse brings to light some perceived flaws in Jeff, causing him to reflect on his own shortcomings.
