While Barry is trapped in the speed force, Iris, Kid Flash, Joe, and Vibe step up to safeguard Central City. Their efforts are tested when a formidable armored foe emerges, threatening to destroy the city if The Flash doesn't show up. In a bold move, Cisco decides to extract Barry from the speed force, but the version of Barry that returns is not quite the same as the one who disappeared.
