As DeVoe's Enlightenment device approaches completion, The Flash and his team find themselves needing to rely on an unexpected partner: Amunet Black. At the same time, Harry experiences a major setback when he is ousted from the "Council of Wells." However, Cisco comes to his rescue by introducing him to the "Council of Harrisons," offering Harry a new opportunity for support.
