Sherloque proposes using a memory machine on Barry and Nora to tap into Grace's memories, but Nora panics, worried that her parents will uncover her hidden secrets. In a moment of desperation, she opts to operate the machine herself, which goes horribly wrong, leaving her trapped in Grace's mind. Barry and Iris rush in to rescue their daughter, and Iris is devastated by what she discovers within. Meanwhile, Ralph manages to convince Cisco to join him for a night out on the town, leading to unexpected adventures.
