As the meta-human cure is prepared for use, Barry and Team Flash need to devise a strategy to hold Cicada at bay long enough to administer it. Killer Frost joins the effort to assist with their plan. At the same time, Joe gradually returns to his job, while Nora expresses her discontent over her father's approach to dealing with Cicada.
