Episode Overview
Toni is outraged to find out that Todd neglected to pass on a heartfelt message from an apologetic Greg prior to the wedding. Claiming she needs closure, her true intention is to flaunt her happiness in front of Greg. Todd, worried that Toni still harbors feelings for Greg, warns her that he will walk away if she decides to meet him. Toni insists on her need for trust and dismisses his warning, arranging to see Greg regardless. Meanwhile, Joan feels crushed when William's nephew/son cries each time she holds him, interpreting it as a sign she's unfit for motherhood. Additionally, after Jabari tells Maya and Lynn that his classmates think they're a couple, Maya inadvertently offends Lynn by saying she wouldn’t be attracted to her.
