At 16, the twins are ready to obtain their driver's licenses. However, Jeremy is required to boost his grades before he can hit the road, while Zach, who is still nervous behind the wheel, is busy taking driving lessons. In the meantime, Matt takes his VW bug to a nearby drag strip to compete in some races.
