Episode Overview

Burr Redding, a new inmate, steps into Em City with ambitions to take over the drug trade. Meanwhile, Dr. Nathan makes his return. Tidd presents Schillinger with a scheme to eliminate Said. A group of Asian refugees finds themselves temporarily sheltered in Em City as the government deliberates their future, becoming unwitting pawns in the conflict between Morales and Redding. Additionally, Glynn brings on a vibrant new assistant, sparking curiosity among the other inmates and staff.
