In April 2012, Dawn and George Kibble grew worried about Dawn's sister, Julie Davison, after she failed to respond to their calls. When they arrived at her apartment, they were met with a horrifying scene: Julie lay dead on her kitchen floor, surrounded by blood. It was clear she had been viciously attacked, suffering multiple stab wounds before being abandoned to die.
