Episode Overview

Sarah, who lives in Ely, is overwhelmed by clutter, packing her sheds, gazebo, and much of her home with her hoarding. Louise, diagnosed with OCD and hailing from Cambridgeshire, steps in to assist her. Meanwhile, Adam from Essex dedicates three hours each day to cleaning his flat and tries to lend a hand to Lara from Rochester, Kent, whose home has gone without a thorough cleaning for 12 years.
