Episode Overview

Claire has a strong aversion to mess and refuses to use her stove for cooking. She encounters Sue and Roger, a couple of retirees from Hertfordshire who once enjoyed a vibrant rock and roll life but are now overwhelmed by their disorganized home. Meanwhile, Lynne from Luton adopts a traditional method of cleaning as she heads to the residence of Mark and Karl, two lifelong friends and football enthusiasts who haven't tidied their place in more than 15 years.
