During a lavish gathering celebrating Angel's brother-in-law, Aaron, who has just been appointed Chief of Police, a heist unfolds amidst the elite of Los Angeles and top police officials. With Lt. Doug Chapman overseeing security, he finds himself in a tight spot. Eager to regain favor with his higher-ups, Chapman sets aside his ego and turns to Rockford for assistance in resolving the situation.
