John D. Cort, a former Baywatch lifeguard, returns to Baywatch and invites Mitch to join him in a dune buggy race in Mexico. Unbeknownst to Mitch, Cort has ulterior motives, planning to use the race as a cover to smuggle rare artifacts into the United States.
