Episode Overview
The Bradford and Willson Transportation Company has been dragging its feet on a railway project commissioned by Judge Garth and his investors. When the Judge threatens legal repercussions, they enlist Mrs. Wallace (Vera Miles) to infiltrate the Judge's home as a tutor for his daughter, Betsy Garth. Tensions rise as the Judge finds himself romantically drawn to Mrs. Wallace. The situation escalates further when the Judge is forced to shoot Willson (David White) in self-defense, but he struggles to convince anyone, including law enforcement, that Willson is truly dead.
