In a bid to capture Lord Dominator's interest, Lord Hater produces a flashy propaganda cartoon showcasing just how incredible he is. His over-the-top portrayal of himself is filled with exaggerated feats and heroic antics, aimed at impressing her. As he promotes his cartoon, he hopes to bolster his image and finally win Dominator’s admiration.
