Oggy and the Cockroaches (1999)

Episode Overview

Oggy gets a time-freezing whistle delivered to his door, accompanied by a pair of ear muffs. However, the cockroaches catch wind of this and cleverly convince him that he has actually frozen them in time. While Oggy is dozing off, they sneak away with the whistle and unleash chaos throughout the city, taking full advantage of their newfound freedom.
