Episode Overview

A worker finds himself trapped high in a tree, seriously injured by his chainsaw. Pearce and Clingfilm step in to rescue him. Meanwhile, Mickey reaches out to Kevin at the station, and Pearce, curious, eavesdrops on their chat before investigating further, speaking with Maggie about the assailant. Billy's mother shares the reasons behind her decision to leave his father long ago. Nick takes little Costas home from the hospital, with Ariadne’s parents helping out while he heads to work. Sandra returns from her vacation, and Maggie enrolls in self-defense classes, where she meets Derek, her instructor and hairdresser. Evgenia urges Nick to let them take Costas to Cyprus. Blue Watch gets a chance to train with the fire brigade helicopter, and despite his fear of flying, George manages to conquer it. Later that night, they respond to a massive fire at a dilapidated council house.
