Action Man (1995)

Episode Overview

Dr. X plots to annihilate the world’s oceans by stealing a Neutron Phalanx Gun and a significant stash of Plutonium. Action Man successfully retrieves the Neutron Phalanx, while Kunck works to neutralize the Plutonium explosives.
