Phoebe and Rachel, now living together, embark on a running journey, but Rachel feels self-conscious about Phoebe's unique running technique. Joey discovers an attractive new female roommate and struggles to keep his flirting in check. On another front, Chandler aims to impress Monica by tidying up their apartment but ends up misplacing items all over the place. Ross steps in to assist him in restoring order to their chaotic living space.
