When Phoebe shares her childhood struggle of never having a bike, Ross surprises her with a brand new one, which she adores. However, the group quickly realizes Phoebe has never learned to ride. Meanwhile, Monica attempts to bond with her neighbors by making candy, but while everyone enjoys her treats, they seem uninterested in getting to know her. Additionally, Rachel and Tag try to keep their romance under wraps at work, but their plan backfires when Rachel’s lighthearted performance review of Tag accidentally gets submitted to Human Resources.
