In "The One Where Rachel Goes Back to Work," Chandler grapples with job hunting and his fears about impending parenthood with Monica. Meanwhile, Rachel returns to her workplace only to discover that a man named Gavin has been filling in for her during her leave, leaving her feeling threatened about her position.
