Episode Overview

In a tragic drive-by shooting, two Lebanese teenagers and a schoolgirl lose their lives. Inspector Wright assigns Malik to lead the investigation, much to Crowley’s displeasure, as he resents having his junior oversee the case. However, Crowley’s own troubles are mounting with Internal Affairs probing into his conduct regarding the drug dealer Basha's death. He suspects Malik might be behind the I.A. call, viewing it as a chance for his rival to undermine him. Meanwhile, Malik grapples with the intricacies of the triple homicide, relying on his partner, Detective Koa, whose insights into the Pacific Island Community prove crucial in unraveling the case.
