Coupling (2000)

Episode Overview

At their favorite bar, Jeff and his friends are captivated by a stunning stranger, who seems equally interested in Jeff. Mustering the courage, Jeff approaches her, only to find out she can't communicate in English—a fact that oddly reassures him. Her interpreter, Alice, explains that she's from Israel before leading her away. The following day, the girl returns, and Jeff makes another attempt to strike up a conversation. However, with both unable to understand each other's language, the interaction quickly turns into a complete fiasco.
