In an effort to ensure the safety of Akihabara, Shiroe gathers the leaders of all major guilds at the guild building. He aims to establish a Round Table Conference to govern the city. However, each guild master has their own agenda, complicating his vision. Just when things seem to be falling apart, Shiroe unveils a surprising strategy. Meanwhile, away from the conference, a covert operation is underway to liberate younger players from the sinister guild Hamelin. Shiroe's subtle yet strategic conflict in Akihabara is far from over!
