Episode Overview
Clint, Nate, and Beverly work together to create a special Christmas for Raul, who is feeling the absence of his mother. Meanwhile, Nancy is frustrated when the clinic’s holiday gift exchange forces her to buy a present for Dr. Crane. Tensions rise as Clint and Dr. Crane argue about providing free medical services for the sidewalk Santas. Amidst the festivities, Dr. Derek's wife unexpectedly goes into labor.
